Homemade ice cream from 3 ingredients, without cream and condensed milk: even children can eat it
Ice cream is a very popular and delicious product that can be made at home from milk, condensed milk, berries and fruits. If you do not want the ice cream to be sugary, do not add sugar, replace it with a minimal amount of honey.
- milk - 800 ml
- sugar - 200-250 grams
- eggs - 6 units
- vanilla - as desired
Method of preparation:
1. Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat it until it is hot.
2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Combine the yolks with a tablespoon of sugar, 100 g of cold milk and add a little hot milk, stirring well. Add more hot milk and pour the yolks and milk into the pan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for about 10 minutes. Check readiness with a tablespoon. Pour into a suitable bowl and cool completely.
3 Combine the egg whites with the sugar and whisk in a water bath until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the water bath and beat with a mixer until stiff peaks.
4. Mix the whites with the chilled cream, you can add vanilla if desired. Pour into a mold and freeze.
