Homemade hard cheese with spices and nuts: how to cook
Hard cheese is often the main ingredient in salads, appetizers, and first courses. It is also added to fillings for casseroles, pancakes, zrazy, and baked meat.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious spicy homemade hard cheese with spices and nuts on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- milk - 500 ml
- cottage cheese - 500 g
- yolk - 1 pc.
- butter - 40 g
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- hot pepper - 1/2 tsp.
- granulated garlic - 1/2 tsp.
- nuts - 40 g
Method of preparation:
1. Pour milk into a saucepan. Add baking soda add cottage cheese and bring to a boil.
2. Strain the cottage cheese.
3. Put the cottage cheese in a frying pan, add egg yolk, stir and cook, whisking into a lump.
4. Add nuts and spices to the finished cottage cheese and mix.
5. Put the cottage cheese in a suitable dish with a lid and refrigerate.
6. Cut the finished cheese into slices.
