Hake is a versatile fish for making delicious cutlets; you can simply fry it in a pan, stew it with vegetables, or bake it in the oven.
Cook Vita shared a recipe for delicious fish cutlets with fried onions and crispy breading on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- hake - 1 kg
- onion - 2 pcs.
- garlic - a clove.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- white bread - 6 slices
- milk for bread
- semolina - 3 tbsp.
- salt, pepper
- breadcrumbs
- vegetable oil
Method of preparation:
1. Pass the fish through a meat grinder along with garlic and fried onions. Add semolina, spices, egg and mix. Add the bread soaked in milk and semolina. Leave the minced meat in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. Form cutlets by hand, roll in breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown.
