Ham and cheese puffs with puff pastry that are simpler than pizza and pie

Preparation method:
1. Roll out the defrosted dough with a rolling pin. Cut into medium rectangles so that it can be "closed" from different sides. Make incisions in one half of the rectangle and place diced ham and grated cheese on the opposite side of the incisions.
2. Pinch all edges with a fork.
3. Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake the puffs on parchment paper at 200 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
