You can prepare salads, sauces and spicy ajika from green tomatoes for winter. To make ajika tasty and spicy, add onion, garlic and bell pepper.

Ingredients:
- green tomatoes - 850 g
- apples - 2 pcs.
- sweet pepper - 2 pcs.
- hot pepper - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- garlic - 1 head
- sugar - 2 tbsp.
- salt - 1 tbsp.
- vegetable oil - 120 ml
- 9% vinegar - 1 tsp.
- basil - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Remove seeds from peppers and core from apples. Cut into medium-sized pieces along with tomatoes, hot peppers, onions and garlic. Place the vegetables and apples in a blender and beat..
2- Pour oil into a saucepan, place the vegetables, add salt, sugar and vinegar and cook for about 30 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.
3. Add basil two minutes before finishing, stir, pour into jars and preserve.
