Ingredients:
Dough:
- Flour – 230 g
- Sugar – 85 g
- Cocoa – 30 g
- Butter – 130 g
- Baking powder – 1 tsp.
- A pinch of salt
- Egg – 1 pc.
For the filling:
- Cottage cheese – 600 g
- Butter – 60 g
- Sugar – 90 g (more is possible)
- Starch – 40 g
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add the chopped butter and grind into crumbs. Add the egg, mix well, and divide the dough into two parts, one smaller part, and put in the freezer.

2. For the filling: combine all the ingredients and beat with an immersion blender.

3. Put most of the dough into the baking dish and spread it evenly, then put the filling. Take the rest of the dough out of the freezer and grate it into the mold.
