French-style aubergines: sharing a recipe for a tasty and satisfying dish
Aubergines can be the basis for snacks, salads, pies and casseroles. They can also be used to make snacks for the winter.
- aubergines - 2 pcs.
- olive oil - 2 tbsp.
- pepper, salt - to taste
- granulated garlic
- hard cheese
Method of preparation:
1. Add pepper, garlic, paprika and salt to the olive oil.
2 Cut the aubergines into 5-8 mm thick slices.
3. Spread each piece with the sauce, put fresh tomato slices on top, sprinkle with cheese and make a mayonnaise net on each piece and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
