For soups and hot dishes: a recipe for ready-made carrot dressing with onions and vegetables

Ingredients:
- onion - 200 g
- carrots - 300 g
- bell pepper - 1 pc
- tomatoes - 200 g
- sunflower oil - 2 tbsp
- butter - 2 tbsp
- salt and pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the carrots, cut the onion into cubes, fry in butter.
2. Add the chopped tomato, pepper, salt and pepper and simmer until all the vegetables are tender. Put the mixture into jars and preserve.
