Fluffy pancakes in a new way: what you need to add to the dough
Homemade pancakes are the easiest flour dish to prepare. You just need to make a good dough, which determines the structure and taste of the dish. To make them fluffy and tall, add baking soda or baking powder to the flour and be sure to let the finished dough stand for 10-15 minutes.
- Kefir - 400 ml.
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Salt - a pinch
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Flour - 250-255 g
- Soda - 1 tsp. without a slide
Method of preparation:
1. Heat the kefir, then add the egg, salt and sugar and mix. Sift the flour and gradually add it, whisking the dough each time. Finally, add the baking soda, mix and leave for 15 minutes. Do not mix the dough any further.
2. Heat a frying pan, spoon in the batter and cook over medium heat. At the end, cover briefly with a lid to prevent the pancakes from being soggy inside.
