Pancakes can be not only an alternative to bread, and pies, but also a separate dish. They can be made with milk, kefir, or even water. To make the pancakes fluffy, add baking soda or baking powder to the batter.

Culinarian Anastasia shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious apple fritters that turn out light, puffy, and flavorful.

Ingredients:

  • flour - 170 g
  • soda - 4 g
  • sugar - 10 g
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • apple - 1 pc
  • thick yogurt or sour cream - 200 gr
  • vanilla - to taste
  • coconut oil for frying

Method of preparation:

1. Grate the apple, add the egg, sugar, vanilla, and yogurt, mix, and add the baking soda.

2. Sift in the flour and mix again thoroughly.

3. Spoon the batter onto a well-heated buttered frying pan, frying under a lid.
