Ingredients:
- flour - 170 g
- soda - 4 g
- sugar - 10 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- apple - 1 pc
- thick yogurt or sour cream - 200 gr
- vanilla - to taste
- coconut oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the apple, add the egg, sugar, vanilla, and yogurt, mix, and add the baking soda.
2. Sift in the flour and mix again thoroughly.
3. Spoon the batter onto a well-heated buttered frying pan, frying under a lid.
