Fluffy pancakes: how to make the perfect batter

Pancakes are a flour dish that always, if you stick to the right proportions, will turn out very puffy and light. In order for the batter to be homogeneous, you need to cook it with warm milk and be sure to add melted butter.
Culinarian Anna shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious and fluffy pancakes that will be very easy and successful.
Tip: all ingredients must be room temperature, milk must be warm!
Ingredients:
- flour - 300 g
- sugar - 3 tbsp.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- milk - 280 ml
- leavening agent - 12 g
- butter - 20 g
- salt - pinch
- vanilla - pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Mix eggs with sugar, add vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt, pour in melted butter.
2. Then pour in the flour, add the baking powder, mix and pour in the milk in small portions, stir thoroughly.
3. Heat a frying pan, pour in a drop of oil, making sure to wipe it off afterwards. Spoon the batter into the frying pan and fry over a moderate heat.
