Fluffy cottage cheese casserole without flour
Cottage cheese casserole can be an alternative to any dessert. You need to use high-quality cottage cheese if you want it to be homogeneous and tasty. To make the casserole tall and light, add semolina instead of flour.
- cottage cheese - 350 g
- semolina - 50 g
- milk - 100 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- raisins - 50 g
- sugar - 50 g
- zest of 1/2 lemon
- butter or oil
Method of preparation:⠀
1. Add semolina to milk and leave for 10 minutes.
2. Beat cottage cheese, eggs and sugar in a blender. Mix with the soaked semolina and stir. Add zest and raisins and mix well.
3. Pour the finished batter into a mold greased with butter or oil and bake for 35-40 minutes at 190 C.
