Fluffy cottage cheese casserole with raisins without flour and leavening agent
Cottage cheese casserole is a very simple and tasty alternative to cottage cheese pancakes. It can be prepared without flour by replacing it with starch, semolina or corn flour.
- cottage cheese - 700 g
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- sugar - 200 g
- corn starch - 50 g
- salt - a pinch
- vanilla sugar - 10 g
- raisins - 150-200 g
Method of preparation:
1. Mix cottage cheese with sugar, eggs, cornstarch, salt, and vanilla sugar and beat with an immersion blender.
2. Add raisins and mix. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
