Fluffy cottage cheese casserole with poppy seeds and without flour: it will be very easy

The cook Natalia shared on Instagram a recipe for a cottage cheese casserole with poppy seeds and flourless cottage cheese that will be lush and successful.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 450 g
- dried fruit - 70 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sour cream - 200 g
- sugar - 3 tbsp.
- poppy seeds - 2 tbsp.
- salt - a pinch
- semolina - 4 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Pour hot water over the dried fruit, rinse and dry with a paper towel.
2. Add eggs, sour cream, sugar and a pinch of salt to the cottage cheese. Then beat with a blender until smooth. You will get a very tender, fluffy mass. Add semolina, poppy seeds and dried fruit. Stir and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
3. Put the finished mass into a baking tin covered with parchment or greased with butter, and smooth it out.
4. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 C.
