An ideal alternative to bread and buns are fluffy, light, delicious pancakes that can be made with different doughs, with or without sugar. Syrups, jams, berries, fruits, and plain sour cream will add an unusual flavor to the dish.

Cook Valeria shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, fluffy pancakes with warm kefir, which will be very flavorful and lush.

Tip: Make the pancake batter with warm kefir and add baking soda slaked with vinegar.

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • flour - 240 g
  • sugar - 25 g
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • oil for frying - 2-3 tbsp.
  • baking soda - 1 tsp.
  • thick kefir 3.2% - 250 ml
  • salt - a pinch

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the egg with sugar and salt.

2. Heat the kefir in the microwave, but do not boil, add to the egg mixture, stirring constantly.

3. Sift the flour and add it to the batter, mix, add the baking soda slaked with vinegar and mix again. Leave for 10-15 minutes.

4. Heat a frying pan with oil and gently spoon the pork into the pan, fry on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
