Fluffy and successful pancakes with apples: sharing the secret of the perfect dough
Fritters are an ideal dish for breakfast and can be an alternative to bread. They can be cooked sweet and served with jam, as well as savoury, with fillings of sausage, minced meat, cheese, and herbs.
To make the dough fluffy, light and successful, add baking powder or baking soda to the base!
- sour cream - 250 g
- a pinch of salt
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- flour to make the dough as thick as sour cream
- apples - 1-2 pcs.
Method of preparation:
1. dough: beat the eggs with sugar, add sour cream, then add the flour with a pinch of baking soda. Stir to make the dough homogeneous.
2. Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes.
3. Add the apples to the batter, mix and fry in vegetable oil over low heat until golden brown.
