Fluffy and light pancakes like a cloud: how many eggs to add for the perfect dough
Pancakes are the simplest dough dish that anyone can make. To make the pancakes fluffy and light, you need to prepare the dough properly; chefs recommend adding no more than 1-2 eggs to the base, and most importantly, add baking soda not to the flour, but to the finished dough and let it stand for 10-15 minutes. After that, the finished dough does not need to be stirred before frying.
- Egg - 1 pc
- Kefir - 1 glass
- Flour - to a thick consistency
- Soda - 1/3 tsp
- Sugar - to taste
- Vanilla sugar - to taste
- Salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the kefir with a whisk with the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.
2. Add the sifted flour and mix until thick.
3. After that, add the baking soda and mix, and do not stir the dough again. Leave it to stand for 15 minutes, then do not stir it, take it with a spoon and fry it in a well-heated frying pan.
Serve pancakes with sour cream, jam, condensed milk, berries and honey!
