An omelette is the simplest egg dish that even someone who doesn't know how to cook can make. To make an omelette fluffy, the eggs should be beaten properly, and no milk should be added.

Chef Mykola Liulko shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious, fluffy 2-ingredient omelette that is very tender and flavorful.

Ingredients:

  • eggs – 2 pcs.
  • salt – to taste
  • butter for frying

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the eggs with a fork. Add salt.

2. Heat a frying pan, melt the butter and pour in the egg mixture. During cooking, stir the omelette lightly with a spatula. Use a spatula to roll the finished dish right in the pan.

3. Put the roll on a dish, and add cheese and vegetables. It will be very tasty.
