Fish zrazy for lunch in 10 minutes that are tastier than potato ones

Homemade zrazy can be cooked not only with cabbage but also with canned fish. For them to be successful, you need to properly the potato dough.

Ingredients:
- sardines - 1 b.
- eggs (boiled) - 2 pcs.
- spices: salt, pepper - to taste
Base:
- potatoes - 1 kg
- egg (raw) - 1 pc.
- spices: salt, pepper, dried garlic - to taste
- flour - 3-4 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Put sardines in a bowl. Drain oil beforehand. Knead them with a fork and mix them with eggs and spices rubbed on a coarse grater to prepare the stuffing.
2- Boil peeled whole potatoes in salted water until tender and drain. The potatoes should be completely dry. Mash the potatoes. Allow to cool, then add egg and spices and mix to a homogeneous mass. Add flour and mix again. You should get a homogeneous dough.
3. Sprinkle the work surface with flour. Roll out an equal size of potato dough. Make a circle out of each one, put a little filling in the middle and join the edges to form patties. Fry in a pan with vegetable oil over medium heat on both sides until golden.
