Soup can be an ideal dish for a hearty lunch and dinner, which can be prepared on the basis of vegetable, fish and meat broth. If you want the dish to be lighter, cook it with fish.
Cook Vita shared a recipe for a light, delicious fish soup with mushrooms, mussels, and vegetables on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 4-5 pcs
- carrots - 1 pc
- tomatoes - 3 pcs
- mushrooms - 5 pcs
- fish broth - 2 liters
- red fish steak - 1 pc
- mussels - 100 g on request
- meat from fish spines
- cream - 200 ml
- salt, pepper, bay leaves
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the onions, carrots, mushrooms and tomatoes in the oil in a saucepan.
2. Pour the prepared fish broth over the roast and add the chopped potatoes. Cook until the potatoes are almost tender.
3. Add the fish, mussels and fish meat from the backbones to the soup. Add cream and season with spices to taste.
When serving, add herbs to the soup.
