Eggplants in sour cream in a pan: they will taste like mushrooms
Eggplant can be the basis for cooking stews, as well as hearty appetizers and savory caviar. In order for eggplants not to be bitter, they should be salted before cooking and left for 30 minutes.
Cook Tatiana shared in Instagram a recipe for delicious eggplants in sour cream, which will taste like mushrooms.
Ingredients:
- eggplants - 1-2 pcs.
- garlic - 3 cloves.
- onion - 3 pcs.
- sour cream - 3 tbsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. chop onions and fry until golden.
2- Dice the eggplant into large cubes, add to the onions and fry.
3. Combine sour cream with garlic, salt and pepper and stir to combine.
4. Add the sour cream to the eggplants and simmer under a lid.
Serve the dish hot with greens!
