Eggplant caviar with garlic and tomatoes in 15 minutes: the easiest recipe for a delicious appetizer
From eggplants you can make a very tasty caviar, you just need to stick to the proportions. It is worth noting that the caviar will be even tastier if you add tomatoes and garlic.
- eggplants - 3 pcs.
- onion - 2 pcs.
- tomatoes - 6 pcs.
- garlic - 2 cloves.
- vinegar - 1 tbsp.
- salt, pepper (red and black) to taste
- frying oil
Method of preparation:
1. cut eggplants into cubes and fry in a pan until soft.
2- Separately fry the onions until soft, add the coarsely grated peeled tomatoes, salt and stew over low heat until the liquid evaporates.
3. Add eggplant, minced garlic, vinegar, pepper and braise for 10 minutes more.
It can be eaten immediately, or canned!
