Eggplants are ideal vegetables for making delicious caviar, salads, and can also be stuffed, pickled, and salted. They also make a delicious baba ganoush, which is prepared with a minimum amount of ingredients.
Chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared a recipe for a delicious eggplant baba ganoush with peppers and tahini on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Eggplant - 2 pcs.
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Olive oil - 10 ml
- Garlic - 5 pcs.
- Tahini - 20 g
- Lemon juice - 5 g
- Cilantro - 5 g
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the eggplant, cut it in half, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
2. Bake the eggplant at 200 C until tender.
3. Remove the flesh from the eggplant, chop finely together with the garlic, and put into a bowl. Add lemon juice and chopped cilantro, mix, and add tahini.
