Ingredients:
- eggs - 5 pcs.
- sour cream - 2 tbsp. l
- salt - a pinch
- crab sticks - 200 g
- cream cheese - 100 g
- fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
Method of preparation:
1. Whisk the eggs, sour cream, salt and pour on the parchment, bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 15 minutes.

2. Disassemble the crab sticks into fibers, combine with cream cheese.

3. Chill the egg cake, spread with the filling, put the cucumber inside and wrap it in a roll, chill for 1 hour and you're ready to eat!
