Easy puffy pancakes: a recipe for the most successful batter without milk, eggs, sour cream and kefir
Homemade pancakes can be a great alternative to bread and pies. To make them airy, you should add baking soda or baking powder or make them with yeast.
- flour - 260 g
- dry yeast - 2 tsp.
- water - 200 ml
- raisins - 40 g
- sugar - 2 tbsp
- salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. For the pre-ferment, mix part of the flour with dry yeast and add sugar and water. Mix. Cover with cling film and leave for 10 minutes.
2. Then transfer the ferment to a bowl, add the remaining flour, water and raisins, mix and cover with plastic wrap again.
3. Heat a frying pan and fry the pancakes.
Serve pancakes with sour cream, jam, berries, condensed milk or honey.
