Easy flourless curd casserole: what to add to the base
A curd casserole is the best alternative to cheesecake. For a fluffy casserole, add whipped egg whites to the base.
- Sauerkraut cheese - 650 g
- Eggs - 4 pcs.
- Sugar - 5 tbsp.
- Flour - 3 tbsp.
- Strawberries - 200 gr
Method of preparation:
1. In a large bowl combine the cottage cheese, sugar, semolina and egg yolks and mix well until smooth.
2 Separately whisk the egg whites and combine with the curd mixture using a spatula, place in the baking tin and top with the strawberries cut in half.
3. Bake the casserole in the oven for 45-50 minutes at 180 C.
