Ingredients:
- minced meat
- eggs - 1 pc.
- green onions - a bunch
- red pepper - 1 pc.
- salt and pepper
- hard cheese
- pita bread - 2 pcs.
- egg yolk - 1 pc.
The base:
- pita bread - 2 pcs.
- egg yolk - 1 pc.
- sesame seeds
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the green onion, add the chopped pepper, egg and spices, add the minced meat and mix well.
2. Grate the cheese.
3. Spread out the pita bread, sprinkle with grated cheese, top with another sheet of pita bread, spread the filling well on top, and roll up.
4. Put the roll on a baking sheet, brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 20-30 minutes at 170 C.
The roll will be delicious both hot and cold!
