White cabbage is an ideal product for making delicious salads, casseroles, pies, fillings for dumplings, and stuffed cabbage. It can also be pickled for the winter and canned with peppers and tomatoes.
Cook Irina shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious cabbage pie with hard cheese, which is cooked in a pan.
Ingredients:
- cabbage - 150-200 g
- hard cheese - 30 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- flour - 20 g
- salt
- sesame seeds
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the cabbage, salt, and mash well with your hands.
2. Beat the egg and add to the cabbage.
3. Add the flour and mix well. Add the cheese and mix again.
4. Heat a frying pan, put the cabbage in a single layer, sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Cover and cook on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
Cut and serve hot!
