Pancakes are a delicious dish that can be the basis for preparing appetizers, even desserts. When making pancakes, it is very important to make the perfect dough, to which cooks advise adding vegetable oil.

Ingredients:
Dough:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 1-2 tbsp. l.
- salt - a pinch
- baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
- flour - 1 tbsp. l.
- milk - 1 tbsp.
- boiling water - a glass
- oil - 2 tbsp. l.
The filling:
- head of young cabbage - 1 pc.
- eggs - 5 pcs.
- green onions, cilantro
- salt and pepper
- butter
- pancakes
Method of preparation:
1. Dough: beat eggs with salt and sugar, pour in milk, add flour. Then pour in boiling water and oil, mix and leave for 10 minutes. Then fry the pancakes.
2. Filling: chop the cabbage and fry in vegetable oil. Add salt and pepper, then add chopped eggs, green onions, and cilantro.
3. Wrap the filling in the pancakes.
