Easier than pancakes: delicious zucchini waffles in 15 minutes

Zucchini waffles are the easiest dish to make with a minimum of ingredients and in just 10-15 minutes. To make sure the batter is not too runny, be sure to leave the grated zucchini for 15 minutes, then drain the juice and add the remaining ingredients.
The foodblogger shared on Instagram a recipe for crispy zucchini waffles with hard cheese that take just 15 minutes to make.
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 1 pcs.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- hard cheese - 80 g
- flour - 2-3 tbsp.
- leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- sour cream - 1 tbsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Grate zucchini, salt and leave for 15 minutes. After squeezing zucchini and drain the juice.
2. Add egg, flour, baking powder, sour cream, salt, pepper and grated hard cheese and mix.
3. Preheat the waffle iron, spoon out the batter and bake for 4 minutes on each side.
Serve with sour cream!
