Easier than any pie: baked pita roll with cottage cheese and spinach in 10 minutes

Pita is the perfect base for making delicious pies, pizza and lasagna. You can use salty and sweet fillings when preparing pita dishes.
Culinarian Natalia shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious pita pie appetizer with cheese, frozen spinach and cottage cheese.
Ingredients:
- pita
- sour milk curd - 300 g
- spinach - 200 g
- hard cheese - 100 g
- yogurt or sour cream - 100 g
- tomatoes - 1 pc.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- eggs - 1 pc.
- sesame seeds/flax for sprinkling (optional)
Method of preparation:
1. Grate cheese, cut tomatoes into circles, defrost spinach and squeeze off excess moisture.
2. In a bowl add cottage cheese, defrosted spinach, grated hard cheese, salt and pepper, mix everything to a homogeneous mass, add sour cream.
3. Brush one half of the pita with yogurt and cover with the other half. Spread the filling, flatten slightly and add the chopped tomato. Roll up the pita and place on a parchment-lined baking tray. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds/flax (if desired).
4. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 C.
