Chicken fillet can be not only the basis for making delicious cutlets, chops, pies, and salads. It can also be deliciously baked, stewed, and cooked with vegetables and sauces.

Ingredients:
- Fillet - 2 pcs.
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Processed cheese - 2 pcs.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Wheat flour - 60 g
- Oil - 60 ml
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet into small cubes, add spices, mix.
2. Grate the processed cheeses. Peel and grate the carrots and onions. Wash the herbs and chop them finely. Combine the meat with the vegetables and processed cheeses, add the herbs and eggs, flour, salt, pepper and mix.
5. Heat a frying pan, add oil. Spoon the mixture into the pan and fry over medium heat on both sides.
