The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious "Dressed herring" without herring, which can be replaced with lightly salted salmon.

Salad recipe

Ingredients:

  • boiled potatoes - 2-3 pcs.
  • boiled carrots - 2 pcs.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • for the marinade: vinegar 1 tbsp, sugar 1 tsp, oil 1 tsp
  • lightly salted smoked salmon - 400 g
  • beetroot - 1-2 pcs.
  • mayonnaise - 220 g
  • eggs

Method of preparation:

1. Before cooking, boil the vegetables and eggs, then peel and grate them.
