Ingredients:
- Dry cottage cheese – 1 kg
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Salt – a pinch
- Sugar – 80 g
- Vanilla sugar – 1 sachet
- Coconut flakes – 80 g
- Flour – 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Add the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, coconut, and flour to the cottage cheese, and mix all the ingredients by hand.
2. Use your hands to form the cheesecakes and roll in flour.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the cheesecakes until golden brown over low heat with a little oil, and cover with a lid.
