Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- flour - 230 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- sugar - 100 g
- sour cream - 130 g
- butter - 50 g
- vanilla - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Add sugar and vanilla to the eggs and mix well.
2. Add sour cream/yogurt/kefir and melted butter or oil, mix well.
3. Sift the flour and add the baking powder, knead the dough, the consistency should be like thick sour cream.
4. Add the soaked cranberries and raisins and mix. You can also add chocolate, lemon zest, dried fruits, berries, and vegetables.
5. Put the mass into a mold and bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 C.
