Delicious potato tartlets with an unusual filling: a recipe for a budget appetizer
Potatoes can be used to make not only mashed potatoes and soups, but also delicious pies, casseroles, appetizers, pancakes, and salads. It's worth noting that for potatoes to be healthy, they should be baked or boiled rather than fried.
- potatoes - 3 pcs.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- hard cheese - 100 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
For the filling:
- cream cheese and caviar
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the potatoes on a carrot grater and squeeze. Add grated cheese, eggs, salt, pepper and mix.
2. Put 2 tbsp in muffin tins, greased with oil or covered with parchment, bake for 45 minutes at 180 C. Afterwards, be sure to cool.
3. Put cream cheese inside and caviar on top.
