Delicious cutlets without meat and flour: how to make a hearty dish
Cutlets can be not only of meat but also of liver, legumes, vegetables, and sauerkraut. It is worth noting that instead of flour, you can use oat flakes, as well as semolina.
Nutritionist Svetlana Fus shared on Facebook a recipe for delicious sauerkraut cutlets with onions and oatmeal.
Ingredients:
- Sauerkraut - 100 g
- oat flakes - 20 g
- onion - 40 g
- egg - 1 pc
- spices - to taste
- olive oil to grease the forms
- sour cream for serving - 30 ml
Method of preparation:
Mix oat flakes with the egg and leave for five minutes. Then add finely chopped onion and sauerkraut, be sure to squeeze the brine.
2. Add the spices and mix the batter well.
3. Shape the cutlets by hand and place them on a baking tray greased with olive oil. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 C in the oven.
Serve the cutlets with sour cream and greens, they will be very tasty!
