Casseroles and cottage cheese pancakes are two of the best options for a tasty, hearty, and healthy breakfast that can be prepared very quickly. To do this, you need a minimum of products, namely cottage cheese, flour, and eggs.

Food blogger Kateryna Mull shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious cottage cheese mini-casseroles that can be eaten with sour cream.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 350 g
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • semolina - 2 tbsp. l.
  • milk - 50 ml
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp
  • sugar - 2 tbsp
  • butter - 20 g
  • orange zest - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Pour semolina with warm milk, mix, and leave for 10 minutes.

2. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, but you can also just mash it with a fork, add the egg, sugar, sour cream and zest. Pour in the milk and blend everything with a blender.

3. Grease the baking dish with oil and pour in the batter, put in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.

Serve the casseroles with melted chocolate, berries, or sour cream.
