- cottage cheese – 350 g

- rice flour – 50 g
- semolina – 2 tbsp.
- eggs – 1 pc.

- salt – a pinch
- lemon zest
Sauce:
Tangerines for cheesecakes
- tangerines – 2-3 pcs.
- condensed milk – 50 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add the egg and semolina, powdered sugar, salt, mix, and let stand for 5 minutes.

2. Peel the tangerines.

3. Heat a frying pan, add condensed milk and tangerine slices, and fry for about 1 minute.

4. Make small cottage cheese pancakes from the dough, put the tangerines inside, make balls, and roll in flour.
