Delicious Bird's Milk cutlets for dinner: how to make an original dish
Homemade cutlets can be made from any meat and vegetables. For an even more original flavor, you can add hard or processed cheese to the cutlets.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious cutlets with melted cheese and boiled eggs on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of minced meat (pork/chicken/turkey)
- 1 onion
- 2 eggs
- salt, pepper
- 0.5 white loaf soaked in milk and squeezed
Filling:
- 3 processed cheeses
- 3 eggs
- 30 g of soft butter
- salt
Batter:
- 3 eggs
- 100-150 g of mayonnaise
- 150-200 g of flour
- salt
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Add onion, spices, eggs and loaf to the minced meat, mix well.
2. Grate the cheeses, boiled eggs, butter, add salt and mix.
3. Form the cutlets and put the filling inside.
4. Batter: beat eggs with mayonnaise, add flour and salt. Dip the cutlets in the batter.
5. Fry the cutlets on both sides until cooked through.
