Culinarian Julia shared on Instagram a recipe for plum jam in a frying pan that takes only 15 minutes to make.

Ingredients:

  • plums - 0,5 l.
  • sugar - 0.5 liters
  • citric acid - on the tip of a knife

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the plums, remove the pit, cut and transfer to a pan and put on maximum heat, bring to a boil and then cook for another 5 minutes. Be sure to stir occasionally.

2. After 5 minutes of boiling, add sugar and also from boiling, set for 5 minutes, also stirring occasionally. Add citric acid and boil for another 1 minute.

3. Remove from heat, transfer to a sterile jar and roll up.
