Delicious and thick plum jam in a pan in 15 minutes
Plum jam is very simple and quick to prepare, it is very important - to regulate the amount of sugar. It is worth noting that it can be cooked not only in a pot, but also cooked in a frying pan.
- plums - 0,5 l.
- sugar - 0.5 liters
- citric acid - on the tip of a knife
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the plums, remove the pit, cut and transfer to a pan and put on maximum heat, bring to a boil and then cook for another 5 minutes. Be sure to stir occasionally.
2. After 5 minutes of boiling, add sugar and also from boiling, set for 5 minutes, also stirring occasionally. Add citric acid and boil for another 1 minute.
3. Remove from heat, transfer to a sterile jar and roll up.
