Chicken fillet is a versatile product for making delicious, dietary cutlets, juicy chops, as well as salads, appetizers, and basturma. You can also bake the fillets in vegetables, stew them in cream and stuff them with mushrooms, and make them into twists.
- fillet - 2 pcs.
- garlic - 2 cloves.
- cream 15% - 200 ml
- fresh spinach

Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet into diamonds. Season with salt and spices. Then roll in flour on both sides.
2. Fry the garlic in olive oil until golden brown and remove it.
3. Put the fillets in the pan, diamonds down, and fry for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown over high heat.
4. Put the spinach and tomatoes in a frying pan, fry for a few minutes and season with hot cream, then add the finished fillet to the cream sauce and cook for another 5 minutes on each side over medium heat under a lid.
