Cutlets can be made not only from meat and fish. It will also be delicious to make a new dish with vegetables, liver, onions, legumes, rice, buckwheat, and crab sticks.

The cook shared a recipe for very tasty and satisfying bean cutlets with carrots on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • beans - 500 g
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • salt - 2 tsp.
  • Provence herbs seasoning - 1 tsp.
  • flour or breadcrumbs for breading
  • oil - for frying

Method of preparation:

1. Boil beans until tender.

2. Put in a blender, add salt and Provence herbs, and blend.

3. Grate carrots and chop onion.

4. Fry the onion until golden brown in vegetable oil. Add the carrots and fry until soft.

5. Combine the bean mixture with oil, form balls with wet hands and roll in flour or breadcrumbs.

6. Fry in vegetable oil over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
