Ingredients:
- dill florets - 1 pc.
- bay leaf - 1 pc.
- horseradish root - 2 cm
- parsley root - 2 cm
- garlic - 4 cloves
- allspice - 3 units
- coriander - a pinch
- mustard - 0,5 tsp.
- cloves - 1 pc.
Marinade:
- salt - 1 tbsp.
- sugar - 1 tbsp.
- 9% vinegar - 2 tbsp.
- boiling water
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the cucumbers and soak them in cold water for 1 hour. Afterwards they will be very crispy.
2. At the bottom of sterile jars, place dill, bay leaf, parsley root, horseradish, garlic, allspice, mustard, coriander and cloves. Next lay out the cucumbers.
3. Pour in the salt, sugar, vinegar and boiling water. Cover with lids and place in a bowl and sterilize.
4. After canning. Turn upside down and leave for 24 hours, then put in a cold, dark place.
