Crispy zucchini in spicy sauce for the winter as a delicious appetizer
You can prepare a lot of delicious dishes from zucchini for winter, including caviar, delicious salads and ajika. Zucchini can also be frozen, salted and cooked with vegetables and spices.
Culinarian Yulia shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, crispy zucchini with sweet and hot pepper sauce.
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 3 kg
- garlic - 2 heads
- hot pepper - 1 pc.
- sweet pepper - 5 pcs.
- sugar - 1 tbsp.
- salt - 2 tbsp.
- 9% vinegar - 0, 5 tbsp.
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
- tomato paste - 400-500 g
Method of preparation:
1. Cut zucchini into bars.
2. Put sweet and hot peppers and garlic through a meat grinder. Add to the zucchini.
3. Add tomato paste, salt, sugar, vinegar and vegetable oil and mix. Leave for 3 hours. Simmer for 40 minutes.
4. Transfer to sterile jars and preserve.
