Crispy wings with sesame seeds and ginger: 2 easiest and most successful breading recipes

Chicken wings can be baked with vegetables in the oven, cooked with potatoes, as well as fried and used for soups. For the wings to be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, you need to make a successful breading.

Tip: you can cook the wings in a saute pan, deep fryer or pan!
Ingredients for the first version with sesame seeds:
- wings - 500 g
- sesame breading - 1 package
- eggs - 1 pc.
- sesame seeds - a handful
Ingredients for the second version with ginger:
- wings - 500 g
- breading with ginger - 1 package
- water - 5 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the wings and cut in half. Dry with a paper towel.
2. Combine 1 egg with 3 tbsp. of breading and mix well. Pour the rest of the mixture into another bowl. This is the first version.
3. Add 5 tbsp. of breading to 5 tbsp. of water and mix well. Pour the rest of the mixture into another bowl. This is the second version.
4. Check whether the oil is heated: drop a little of the liquid mixture. If a drop floats right away, you can fry.
5. Dip the wing pieces in the liquid mixture and then roll in the dry mixture. Put in the pan and fry on medium heat for 6 minutes until golden crust is formed.
Lay out on a paper towel to allow excess fat to soak in!
