Crispy potato pizza without dough: the perfect lunch dish

Pizza can be made with yeast dough, as well as pita dough, puff pastry and vegetable dough, for which potatoes, zucchini and carrots are ideal. For the filling you can use any cheese, seafood, meat, sausage, vegetables.

Ingredients:
- potatoes - 2-3 pcs.
- hard cheese - 100-200 g
- mushrooms - 2-3 pcs.
- tomato paste -1 tbsp.
- sea salt and pepper - to taste
- olive oil
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the potatoes and squeeze out the juice so that it is without moisture. Add salt, pepper and olive oil, mix.
2. Place the potatoes in a heated frying pan and flatten, cover and cook for 5-10 minutes on medium heat. Then turn them over and fry the other side.
3. Spread the tomato paste over the top, then sprinkle with grated hard cheese and top with the sliced mushrooms. Cover with a lid and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
