Crispy mushroom cake with cheese on puff pastry: always a success
Autumn is the season for mushrooms, which can be the basis for making delicious pies, dumplings, salads, and soups. They can also be dried and preserved for the winter.
- puff pastry - 2 sheets
- onion - 1-2 pcs
- cottage cheese - 150 g
- egg yolks - 1 pc
- butter - 20 g
- mushrooms - 300 g
- Provencal herbs, salt
- dill parsley
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the onion into strips, wash the mushrooms well (peel if necessary) and chop.
2. Fry onions in butter for 3-4 minutes, add mushrooms, spices, salt, herbs and cook for another 5-8 minutes.
3. Spread the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Sprinkle with grated cheese and put the mushroom filling and bake for 20 minutes to 190 C.
