If you want to make delicious, lightly salted cucumbers that can be eaten in a day, you will need mineral water, berry leaves, garlic and peppercorns.
Chef Yulia shared a recipe for lightly salted cucumbers with mineral water, garlic and herbs on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Cucumbers
- Salt - 3 tbsp.
- Garlic - 1 head
- Herbs - a bundle
- Mineral water - 1 liter
- Laurel leaf, peppercorns
- Cherry, horseradish, currant leaves
Method of preparation:
1. Wash a 3-litre jar, put the leaves, peppercorns, garlic and bay leaf on the bottom, put the cucumbers on top, cover with mineral water and cover with a nylon lid.
2. Leave the cucumbers for a day at room temperature, turning occasionally.
