Ingredients:

  • Cucumbers
  • Salt - 3 tbsp.
  • Garlic - 1 head
  • Herbs - a bundle
  • Mineral water - 1 liter
  • Laurel leaf, peppercorns
  • Cherry, horseradish, currant leaves

Method of preparation:

1. Wash a 3-litre jar, put the leaves, peppercorns, garlic and bay leaf on the bottom, put the cucumbers on top, cover with mineral water and cover with a nylon lid.
