Crispy homemade bagels with delicious filling
Homemade bagels can be the perfect homemade treat for tea. They are easier to prepare than any cake. The most important thing is to make a good dough, which determines the flavor of the dish.
- butter - 200 g
- sour cream - 200 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- flour - 400 g
- leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- condensed milk - 1 b.
Method of preparation:
1. Add egg to melted butter and mix. Add sour cream, mix and add flour and baking powder. Knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands.
2. Divide it into 6 parts. Roll each into a circle.
3. Divide into 8 portions. Spread condensed milk on each one and roll up.
4. Dip each bagel in sugar and place on a parchment-lined baking tray. Bake for 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 C.
